Keeping orders running smoothly and customers properly
informed is the job of our dedicated customer services team.
Team members co-ordinate orders sent in via tablet portable
computers and our EDI system, and arrange any special
deliveries as necessary. They handle customer
queries intelligently and speedily, and manage special
customer requests, such as last minute changes, with
competence and resourcefulness.
Our customer service and accounts teams can also act
together as an extension of your own finance department,
including taking on full responsibility for the billing process.
